WHAT WE DO

Friends of the El Dorado Hills Library provides half of the money needed to buy books, magazines, e-publications, and other materials needed by the EDH Library to offer to its patrons. We also provide funding for the children's, youth, young adult and adult programs provided by the El Dorado Hills Library.

Host Used Book Sales

We take in book, movie, puzzle, game donations and sell them at our used book sales

Raise Funds through Membership

We accept donations for membership

Fund EDH Library

We support children's, youth and adult programs, as well as reading material

Help the Cause

Our cause is the library. With your help, we can sponsor more library programs and provide more funding for resources the El Dorado Hills Library needs. This year, we sponsored the Imagination Library, which provides free books to kids aged 0 - 5. Volunteer
We have many opportunities for volunteers. We need help before, during and after book sales. We need community input at board meetings. We need people to staff our booth at various events. Find out more on our Volunteer page.
